These Terms of Use are binding on all users who visit the website of Joylive Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Joylives Limousine"), create an account or make a reservation. By using our website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Scope of Service
Joylive Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Joylives Limousine") provides professional chauffeur-driven premium transportation services throughout Türkiye and, through trusted partners, in selected international destinations. Our services include airport transfers, city and intercity transportation, hourly chauffeur bookings, and corporate and private transportation solutions. All vehicles used for our services hold the licences, compulsory insurance and legal authorisations required under applicable regulations.
2. Reservations and Payment
- Reservations become valid only after payment approval or confirmation of a bank transfer.
- The displayed price includes applicable taxes, motorway and bridge tolls, chauffeur service, complimentary water and the first 90 minutes of waiting time.
- Online payments are processed through the TKPAY infrastructure; card information is not stored on our servers.
- Your reservation confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail following completion of the booking process. We recommend keeping your voucher available on the day of travel.
- Joylives Limousine reserves the right to request additional verification or advance payment where considered necessary for fraud prevention and security.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Reservations may be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- No refund will be issued for cancellation requests made less than 6 hours before the scheduled journey.
- If the passenger is not present at the specified meeting point or does not use the service without informing us (No-Show), the reservation will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
- If a flight number was provided during booking, flight delays will be monitored and the service will, where possible, be adjusted to the updated arrival time. No additional action or charge is required from the passenger solely due to an airline-related delay.
- For approved refunds, the amount will be returned within 3–10 business days depending on the payment method used.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information when making a reservation.
- Inform Joylives Limousine as soon as possible of changes to flight information, passenger numbers, luggage quantity or other reservation details.
- Ensure that the selected vehicle class is appropriate for the number of passengers and amount of luggage.
- Comply with applicable laws and generally accepted standards of conduct inside the vehicle; smoking and electronic cigarettes are prohibited, and passengers must avoid behaviour that may damage the vehicle or its equipment.
- Accept responsibility for damage caused intentionally or through negligence by the passenger or accompanying persons. Joylives Limousine reserves the right to seek compensation for such damage.
5. Child Seats and Additional Services
- Child and infant seats are provided free of charge when requested during the reservation process.
- Provision of a child seat is planned according to the reservation information and operational availability. Requests submitted after the reservation are subject to availability.
- For safe and smooth journey planning, we recommend requesting a child seat when making the reservation.
6. Waiting Times
- Airport transfers include the first 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual flight landing time.
- Additional waiting time is charged for each commenced hour. Current rates can be viewed during booking or obtained from our support team.
- For city and hotel pickups, complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Joylive Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Joylives Limousine") is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic conditions, weather, roadworks, natural disasters, war, strikes or similar force majeure events. Joylives Limousine accepts no liability for items left inside vehicles; found property will be retained for 30 days.
8. Insurance
All journeys are covered by legally required motor insurance and personal accident insurance. Insurance coverage is subject to the limits applicable to each vehicle.
9. Membership and Account
- Membership is available only to persons aged 18 or over.
- You are responsible for the security of your password and all transactions made through your account.
- Accounts may be suspended without prior notice where false information, misuse or activity infringing the rights of others is identified.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, including text, logos, images, code and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Joylive Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The current version will always be published on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
