How a night arrival works with Joylives
We operate around the clock at Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), including late-night and early-morning arrivals. Every night transfer includes:

- Up to 90 minutes of free waiting from your actual landing time, for passport control, baggage and the walk through the terminal.

One detail that matters: booking the right date
If your flight lands after midnight, choose the date you land, not the date you take off. A flight departing on 14 March at 21:00 and landing at 01:40 needs a pickup on 15 March at 01:40. It is the most common mistake with night arrivals, and getting it right means your chauffeur is in the terminal when you are.
Always add your flight number when you book, so we can follow your arrival in real time.
If your flight is delayed
Delays are part of night travel. Because your flight is tracked, your chauffeur adjusts to your new landing time automatically. You do not need to message us from the plane. Your 90 minutes of free waiting begin when the aircraft actually lands, not at the time on your original ticket.

Istanbul Airport (IST)
After passport control and baggage claim, walk into the arrivals hall and head to Exit Gate 9. Your chauffeur will be waiting just outside the gate, holding a tablet with your name. They will help with your luggage and walk with you to the car.
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW)
Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with your name on a tablet. The exact meeting point is included in your booking confirmation.

My flight lands at 00:30. Which date do I book?
Book the date you land. A flight arriving at 00:30 on 15 March needs a pickup on 15 March, even if it departed on 14 March.
What happens if my flight is late?
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight and your chauffeur adjusts to the new landing time. Your 90 minutes of free waiting start from the actual landing.
How do I find my chauffeur at night?
At Istanbul Airport, go to Exit Gate 9 in the arrivals hall. Your chauffeur will be there with your name on a tablet. You will also have their phone number in advance.
Is the price different at night?
The price you see when you book is the price you pay. It is fixed and is not affected by traffic, waiting time or luggage.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 6 hours before your pickup time.
