How does the airport meet & greet work?

Your airport transfer is planned in advance based on your flight details, and your flight is tracked. On arrival, your chauffeur waits for you at the designated meeting point with a digital tablet or iPad showing your name. After meeting you, they help with your luggage and accompany you to your vehicle.

Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport?

Istanbul Airport (IST): Arrivals Level, next to Starbucks.
Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW): Domestic Arrivals Level, opposite the Information Desk.

How long is the free waiting time at the airport?

For airport pickups, up to 90 minutes of free waiting time is included, counted from your flight’s actual landing time. It gives you time to clear passport control, collect your luggage and complete terminal formalities at ease.

What happens if I need more than 90 minutes?

Waiting beyond the free period is charged per started hour. You can see the current rates on the booking screen or ask our support line.

How long is the free waiting time for hotel and city pickups?

For city and hotel transfers, the free waiting time is 30 minutes.

Will I pay extra if my flight is delayed?

When you share your flight number at booking, we track your flight and your chauffeur is scheduled for the updated landing time. Your free waiting time starts from the actual landing time, and no further action is required from you for airline delays.
