No. Your flight is tracked in real time; in case of a delay or early landing, our driver will be ready without requesting any additional fee.

Yes, infant and child seats are prepared free of charge upon your request. Please add the age information to your reservation notes.

Our 2023+ fleet consists of premium vehicles such as Mercedes Vito (1-7 people), Mercedes E-Class (1-3 people), and Mercedes Sprinter (8-16 people).

We accept payments online by credit card, by bank transfer, or in cash during the transfer. All prices are fixed, with no hidden fees.

All our drivers communicate in both Turkish and English. Upon request, we can assign a driver who speaks Arabic or Russian.

Yes. The price shown during the reservation is fixed and covers the services specified in the reservation details. You will not encounter any additional or surprise fees later.

Yes. An invoice is issued for all reservations. Your invoice will be sent to your registered email address after the reservation.

No. The price shown at the time of booking includes all service fees. Tipping is entirely optional.

Your airport transfer is planned in advance according to your flight information and your flight is monitored. Upon your arrival, your driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point with a digital tablet or iPad displaying your name. After the pickup, your driver will accompany you to your vehicle.

The price specified at the time of booking includes a private vehicle, professional driver, greeting with a digital tablet or iPad, flight tracking, highway and bridge tolls, and free waiting time at the airport. The vehicle is allocated exclusively for your reservation and is not shared with other passengers.

If you share your flight number during the reservation, your flight will be monitored by our team. In case of airline-related delays, your reception plan will be updated according to the actual flight arrival time, and no additional fees will be charged due to the flight delay.

For airport pickups, a free waiting time of up to 90 minutes is provided based on your actual flight arrival time. This duration is planned to allow you to move comfortably through passport control, baggage claim, and terminal procedures.

Joylives offers three vehicle classes: Business Van (Mercedes-Benz V-Class), Business Class (Mercedes-Benz E-Class), and First Class (Mercedes-Benz S-Class). Our entire fleet consists of black Mercedes-Benz vehicles; no other brands are used. A Mercedes-Benz matching the class you select during your reservation will be assigned, or if necessary, a Mercedes-Benz of the same or higher category.
