Your rights and data processing practices under Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) explained clearly.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing (KVKK Articles 5 and 6)

  • Establishment and performance of a contract, including the reservation agreement.
  • Fulfilment of legal obligations relating to invoicing, taxation and auditing.
  • Legitimate interests of the Data Controller, including operational efficiency and security.
  • Your explicit consent for marketing communications and optional data processing.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following parties only to the extent required for the relevant processing purpose:

  • Contracted chauffeurs and our operations team — for the execution of your transfer.
  • Payment service provider (iyzico) — for processing payment transactions.
  • Cloud/SaaS service providers — for server hosting, e-mail and SMS infrastructure. Where international data transfers are required, the conditions of KVKK Article 9 are observed.
  • Authorized public institutions and organizations — where required by law.

Your personal data is not sold to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Method of Personal Data Collection

Your data is collected electronically through forms completed on our website, correspondence with our customer service, payment processes and technical records generated during website usage, including cookies and log files.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

  1. To learn whether your personal data is being processed.
  2. To request information if your personal data has been processed.
  3. To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose.
  4. To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad.
  5. To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.
  6. To request deletion or destruction in accordance with KVKK Article 7.
  7. To request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
  8. To object to results arising against you through analyses carried out exclusively by automated systems.
  9. To request compensation for damages resulting from unlawful processing.

8. Application Method

To exercise the rights listed above, you may send an application including your full name, Turkish ID number or passport number, contact information and your request to info@joyliveslimousine.com. Applications will be answered free of charge within 30 days in accordance with KVKK Article 13. Where additional costs arise, the tariff determined by the competent authority may apply.

9. Data Retention Period

Your data is retained for the period prescribed by applicable legislation, such as 10 years where required under tax legislation, or for as long as necessary for the relevant processing purpose. After this period, personal data is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

This privacy notice may be updated due to changes in legislation or the development of our services. The current version is always published on this page.
